Windows 8, the new operating system from Microsoft is nearly here and tons of third party companies have already started releasing accessories to work with the system. Here is a small list of some of the best accessories we found that should work perfectly with Windows 8.

Trackpad

Logitech has just released a trackpad for Windows 8 which it calls the Wireless Rechargeable Touchpad T650. This accessory is an amazing addition if you want to use all the touch based functions of the new Windows but you do not own a touchscreen enabled display. The trackpad will allow you to do all the unique gesture actions that you would normally do on a touchscreen.

Keyboard

Another great accessory for Windows 8 comes from Logitech. The Bluetooth Illuminated Keyboard K810 is great in many ways. It has the ability to work with other OS’s such as Android and iOS and Mac OS. As far as the new operating system goes, the keyboard adds in buttons that should help you switch from the normal UI to the new Metro UI. It also comes with a sensor that turns on the backlighting when your hand is near the keyboard.

Remote Control

If you are a huge fan of Windows Media Center then you are going to need a remote control. For Windows 8, Philips has created a unique little remote that is particularly made for Windows 8 addon. The remote control can also be used with other devices in your home so it’s a pretty good deal.

Mouse

Microsoft has just released a mouse that is well crafted to work with the nature of the new Windows 8 platform. It does not have a scroll wheel and instead gives you the ability to scroll by forming gestures.
