Tim Cook is currently on stage and he presents the audience with some data about the company’s success. He talks about Apple’s market share on the tablets market and provides different sales statistics.

It’s something typical for Apple to present such details during a press conference.

THE NEW iPhone 5 – Official Photo!

UPDATE 1: the iPhone 5 has 7.6 mm thickness, 18% thinner than the iPhone 4S and a weight of 112 g, 20% lighter than the iPhone 4S. The screen is Retina Display, 1135 x 640 pixels. iPhone 5 is created exclusively out of aluminum and glass.

UPDATE 2: Schiller says that because of the new dimensions of the iPhone 5 the phone can easily fit in your pocket and in your hand.

UPDATE 3: The iPhone 5 comes with the A6 processor which provides two times better performance. The wireless speed is faster and all apps were improved.

UPDATE 4: The autonomy of the iPhone 5 is 8 hours of talking time, 10 hours ( wi-fi ), 40 hours ( music ) and 240 hours ( in standby )
