Since there are no official details available about the next installment in the Grand Theft Auto series, fans and the press are left to speculate about what is going to happen in the next big game from Rockstar Games.
An article posted on Product-Reviews.net has an interesting theory about the plot behind the game. The website has carefully studied the recently released screenshots and have come with a theory. Their theory is that Rockstar is working hard to make the police in the game more involving.
According to the website, GTA V will have better and clever police force that will make it hard for the player to do the regular ‘stuff’ on the streets. A recently released screenshot shows tons of police cars chasing a maroon sports car, clearly showing that the new police cars are not to be underestimated.
Product-reviews.com also has another story that the main character of the game may be involved with the police somehow. From the way he dresses and the way he looks, they believe that he is a formal agent of the ‘FIB’ (alternate name of the FBI in GTA universe).
They believe that the story will have a huge twist this time around. It is possible that you might start with the character not knowing about his past but in the middle of the game it might be revealed that he was working with the police from the very start.
Or in other speculations people also believe that the protagonist becomes a rogue agent and joins the bad guys to take on the corrupt police of the city. Whatever the case, it is strongly believed that the police force will play a huge role in the story.
Whether the protagonist is working undercover for the police or has gone rogue, it will be quite interesting to see how things unfold in the game. With Rockstar being very careful about the details regarding the game, several other blogs and website have shared their speculation over the plot and the gameplay.
Another interesting speculation over the internet is that GTA V may contain tons of mini games that will offer better benefits and rewards to the players than ever before. In previous games, mini-games have been mostly not worth playing until the player was a completionist sort.
But according to new speculations, if these games are indeed more interesting, the end game content of GTA V may be an excellent way to spend a lot of time within the game world. We can ofcourse also assume that new DLC’s will be released in the future to offer even more content.
GTA V is expected to release sometime in 2013. But many analysts predict that in order to reach their revenue goals, Take-Two interactive may release the game sooner than expected.
