Whether you are starting Skyrim or have already finished hundreds of quests available in the game, the nature of the game is to keep the player busy by doing unlimited adventuring and questing. This little guide will help you acquire some of the best legendary items in Skyrim.
Before you begin it is important to note that items in Skyrim scale with the level your character is at. If you have not completed some quests that offer legendary items as rewards, you can complete these now to get some of the best gear in the game.
Lunar Iron War Axe
This war axe is found and forged in the Silent Moons Camp. The weapon does minor damage to your foes with light affinity. If you have the blacksmith perks, you could upgrade it with Arcane Blacksmith perk that requires a single Iron Ingot.
Lunar Iron Mace
This mace is also found at the Silent Moons Camp and is forged there too. The default enchantment of the weapon causes light based damage per second. With a single iron ingot and arcane blacksmith perk, you can increase its damage.
Dragonbane
This deadly Katana is my favorite weapon in the game. It is found in Sky Heaven Temple and is one of the best of its kind. The katana, as the name suggests is a nightmare for dragons. It does a lot of extra damage to dragons and can be upgraded to do additional damage with a single quicksilver ingot and arcane blacksmith perk.
Gauldur blackbow
Not a fan of swords? You can find this amazing bow in Geirmund’s Hall. It drains mana out of your foe and if you upgrade it with a steel ingot and arcane blacksmith perk, you could significantly boost its damage.
Nightingale Blade.
This blade is not found or forged, it is offered by a NPC when you are on the quest Hard Answers. The basic damage absorbs a portion of stamina and health for you and this drain is not absorbed on hit. As long as the debuff is active on the foe, you will keep draining the two attributes.
