Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater HD has turned out to become a big hit already as the developer of the game, Robomodo confirmed that the game has sold almost 120,000 copies after the first week it was launched and was made available for sale.

If one looks at the number, it is undoubtedly a big achievement but the game hasn’t released on PlayStation 3 and PC yet which means that the numbers only belong to the Xbox 360 console.

Moreover, since these sale figures are only of the first week after the game was launched, we are sure the game will continue to report additional sales in the weeks to come.

Sales of the game will also increase after the game is made available on the PlayStation 3 console and PC.

According to Josh Tsui of Robomodo, everyday sales of the game have remained consistent all along the first week.

Tsui’s comments about the new game came as he spoke to Gamasutra. Moreover, Tsui also said that the developer is excited to find out how well the game will do on PC as a lot of people have asked about the PC version of the game and when it will be launched.

For now, Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater HD does not have a PC release date but we do know that it will be launched later in 2012.

Moreover, the game will come to PlayStation Network during late August.

Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater HD has a big fan following and this time, the developer has taken levels from the initial two popular Pro Skater games and has updated them for our generation.

The game hasn’t met great reviews so far at the hands of critics. The reviews the game has received are more or less mixed and average reviews.
