Earlier this year in February, two Pokemon games were confirmed by Nintendo, namely Pokemon Black Version 2 and Pokemon White Version 2.
Both games, Pokemon Black Version 2 and Pokemon White Version 2 are successors to the original Pokemon Black and Pokemon White games.
When Nintendo announced the new Pokemon games, it didn’t announce an international release date for them. However, it only announced the release date for the games in Japan.
Earlier, the company had announced that the two new Pokemon games will be coming to Japan in June.
However, excited gamers and fans were impatient to find out when the games will be coming to the United States and now, they can breathe a sigh of relief as Nintendo has finally announced a release date for the games in the U.S.
According to the official announcement by Nintendo, the games will be coming to U.S on October 7. Moreover, apart from the sequels, a new Pokemon title named Pokemon Dream Radar will also be available for users to buy in Nintendo eShop. The game is for the 3DS and will also be available on October 7.
Both, the Pokemon Black Version 2 and the Pokemon White Version 2 bring gamers to the Unova region, the same region in which they were in, in the first editions of both games. Both games are direct sequels.
Gamers will be able to explore new areas and some other changes have been made to the places they previously visited while playing the older versions of both games.
One of the highlight and major change that the new games offer is in Virbank City, where gamers will be able to pay a visit to Pokestar Studios and make their own movie with their favorite Pokemon. The movie players will make will be shown in game theaters where watchers will rate the movie.
