Samsung and HTC have both unleashed their new flagship phones and both are capable of doing a lot of features that other phones cannot. For starters, these new phones are twice as fast as their previous generation phones and can handle a lot more things a user demands. The question is that how far the technology can be taken? With the new phones, we are getting a feeling that Smartphones will be able to do everything for us in the future.
Samsung who has recently revealed its next flagship phone the Samsung Galaxy S III has put in a lot of ‘firsts’ to the table in this Smartphone war. The new phone is capable of sensing the actions of a user. For example, if you are texting a friend and you want to call them instead, you simply bring the phone to your ear and it dials the number. Similarly, the screen stays on as long as you are looking at it. With a faster and better processor and GPU, the phone is capable of running high quality HD videos while you chat with your friends or browse the web in split screen fashion.
With so many new features on the table we are very curious to see what other manufactures are up with their new devices, particularly Apple. For a very long time now, Apple and Samsung has been pit against each other with every generation of phone they have each released. The direct competition will continue this summer as the fifth generation of iPhone is going to be revealed by the company. We are quite sure that Apple will have something that will put Samsung in trouble.
One of the biggest advantages Apple has is that it owns its own software and the hardware for its phones and tablets. This has allowed Apple to come up with whatever they wish to have on their phone. Without any doubt even if the new Apple phone is not directly as strong as the new Galaxy S III, we are quite sure that there will still be lines of people waiting to buy one.
