PC Game Review: Microsoft Flight

One of the biggest things the fans of the series will find disappointing is the game being less realistic. Microsoft has obviously tried to reach a wider audience using a brand that is so popular, on the way, it has produced something that gets rid of the things that made it popular in the first place. If you are expecting Microsoft Flight to be realistic experience, you will be completely disappointed. Unlike its predecessors, the game gets rid of the realism and depth, as a result, the only people who played will not even bother buying it anymore.

In previous editions of the game, the environments and a lot more played part while you flew your favorite plane. In Microsoft Flight, realism is nearly gone, sure there are still some mechanics present from previous games, but getting rid of those minute details that affected your flight in some way will really piss you off. You will find flying a lot easier in this game, but that doesn’t mean it is a good thing, because flying was never really easy and that was the charm of the game when you learned how to fly.

Microsoft Flight requires you not to spend too much time learning the game mechanics and how a lot of factors play part in flying; instead, it just gives you a plane to fly with a lot of factors removed. I wouldn’t recommend this version to the hardcore fans of the series because it’ll leave you seriously disappointed. But if you are someone new to the series, a lot of friendly stuff has been added to get you flying stuff. So if you love flying with all the complications gone, you might want to try it out.
