If the latest trends on the gossip circle are to be believed then Josh Duhamel and Shia LaBeouf are not coming back for the Transformers 4 series. They did add another dimension to the entire thing and most people will agree that they will be missed. According to the reports Michael Bay is currently in the process of developing the new series based on the previously successful episodes. However two of the biggest stars on the show will not be getting their roles back. Is something wrong or are they just looking for fresh blood to inject energy into the shows? Making a 4th series is not easy. Most of the people will already be used to a certain perspective and may not believe in change. On the other hand the last thing you want to do is bore the audiences.

A fresh start for the Transformers

When he was interviewed, Josh Duhamel feigned ignorance. The 39 year old also confirmed that Shia LaBeouf would not be part of the program. The remaining cast includes Rose Huntington-Whiteley who has been a sensation in the British press on account of her ability to tap into the American market. It is all too easy to say that the stars have been unceremoniously dumped but we do not really know the reasoning behind the series or why they are pruning it. There could be really valid objections that both the actors and the producers have. In any case we are looking forward to some great entertainment.

Another interesting thing is the fact that Josh Duhamel has expressed surprise that Paramount Pictures is even considering a second helping of the show. Money may be a consideration. If you have a winning formula then there is absolutely no justification for turning around and going for the options that do not seem to work in the first place. Meanwhile we will continue to monitor how the series progresses. Will they be missed? Of course they will be missed…they have been familiar faces for the show.
