Zuckerberg recently announced that Facebook would be going public. This deal when gets done, Facebook could value at $100 billion, which also means a lot of internal people will benefit a lot. Here is a small list of who will be benefitted the most with Facebook as a public trading company.

We all know that the first person to benefit from this move will be none other than Mark Zuckerberg. His current shares 28.2 shares in the company will make him look a lot richer than he already is. Mark Zuckerberg was offered $1 billion for the website from Yahoo sometime in 2006, but the youngster denied the deal. Little did him or anyone would have known that Facebook would come out so far.

With 15% starting share in the company, Accel Partners now owns the company shares with 11.4%. The shares of the company at the beginning when Facebook was still valued at $98 million was 15%, but now when the company is going public and could be worth at $100 billion, it still looks pretty good even with the 11%.

Another person to benefit most of out of Facebook when it goes public is none other than Dustin Moskovitz. He was the room mate of Zuckerberg back in Harvard when the whole project was still in its hatchery. Moskovitz still owns 7.6% of the company and was also the chief technology officer until he left it.

Yuri Milner, who has recently made a lot of investing in companies like Zynga and Groupon, is also looking to make some extra with his 5.4% shares in Facebook. Milner owns a lot more companies than Facebook, but he certainly will benefit a lot from this deal.

At number fourth, Eduardo Saverin is also looking forward to make some cash with some shares in the company. He initially received 30% stake in the company, but being a co-founder of the company, he still will manage to reap some rewards.

With 2.5% stake in Facebook, Peter Thiel is also looking pretty good. He previously owned MySpace back in the time, but with this much share in the company, he is still looking pretty good.
