How To Activate The iPhone With SAM to Use The Notification Push System on iOS 5

For a while now there is a iPhone activation method without using a SIM card of the mobile operator however this unlock method prevents you from using the Notification Push system implemented by Apple on your iPhone.
To fix this problem we have seen many systems however many of them are paid so Dev Team helped a developer produce the SAM system with the help of which we can activate an iPhone without too much effort and we can still use the Push Notifications systems of the iOS operating system.
If you follow this tutorial you will be able to activate your iPhone with SAM on iOS 4 and iOS 5. Before starting the tutorial you should already have a jailbreak solution installed. This tutorial can’t be used right now on the iPhone 4S which needs to be activated first and jailbreaked later. If you have a GEVEY SIM card in the iPhone remove it and only place the SIM card to proceed with the activation.
Open Cydia, hit the forth button in the bottom area ( Manage ) and then select the Sources button in the upper right side, hit Edit then Add. In the new window introduce http://repo.bingner.com and hit OK and wait for the source to be added.
Now select the Bingner repo in the list displayed by Cydia and install the SAM and SAMPrefs packages and Restart Springboard.
Open Settings, scroll to the bottom side of the screen and select the SAM menu.
In the new menu select Utilities and: De-Activate iPhone
After pressing thsi button you should see a message saying that the deactivation was successful. Now hit De-Activate iPhone ( clear push ) and Revert Lockdown to Stock and on the screen you will see: Stockification Success. Hit OK to continue.
Now connect your iPhone to iTunes and the iPhone should be activated. After this process is completed go to Settings > SAM and you should see “WildcardActivated”.
If ITunes will display the Invalid SIM messages then you have to disconnect your iPhone and from the Settings > SAM menu access Method and Check By Country and Carrier and in the Country menu choose your Country. Now connect the iPhone to iTunes and the activation should be complete.
