Google Fires The CEO Of Motorola Mobility
by

Shortly after the Motorola Mobility purchase was confirmed, Google started to make a stand within the company and they made it: they decided to fire the CEO.

Dennis Woodside, SVP at Google, was transferred from CEO of Motorola Mobility to a job previously occupied by Sanjay Jha. Working for some time on integration of Motorola Mobility within the Google structures, this move seems logical.

The removal of former CEO is not commented by both parties, and the good news is that he will walk away with 66 million dollars after the purchase.

Online people are talking about this move who seems to be pretty shade as Google was obligated to promise that they will maintain a obvious independence in Motorola and Google Structures.

Unfortunately, such a move in which a CEO is put in charge at a recently purchased company only raises suspicions regarding the independence Motorola Mobility will continue to have.
