Scene it? Movie Night is an excellent game that you can sit and play locally with your family or friends. With so many games now days making it huge in the multiplayer games, local multiplayer or LAN parties have reduced in numbers. Many developers are trying to make games that people can enjoy in the presence of their friends and families rather than playing online with someone who you don’t know. Scene it? Movie Night succeeds in creating a fun experience for the whole family. This review will focus on the features and design of the game.

Movie Night works in the same way as any other trivia game about movie does. There are scenes to see and you and your friends can guess the name of the movie. You also occasionally get questions asked by the game, these questions are quite tricky and really tests your knowledge in movies. Sometimes the game even throws a specific dialogue from a movie for you and your friends to guess. If you have played any of the Scene it games before, this is going to be a familiar experience, however Scene it? Movie Night really stands out in its content.

I and a couple of other people played this collectively to review it, we found out that even after nearly 5 hours of gameplay, only some questions repeated. This means that game has a lot of questions for you to answer and only very few questions repeat. We still weren’t able to finish the complete list of questions even after we were done with the review.

Every time a question is asked about a certain movie, you get the chance to read about the background story of that movie. This helps the players gain some knowledge on the movie and its cast behind. If you read the description of every movie and remember it, you are surely going to score better than most of your friends.  Scene it? Movie Night is a fun game that is built using low production values, which is why it is safe to say that sometimes you need a game that concentrates on the fun factor, rather than on high end visuals.
