Kindle Touch, the text based e-book reader isn’t ready to be dumped just yet. By the introduction of multi-use tablets, the Amazon Kindle’s performance was thought to be slaughtered but that didn’t happen. Like Apple has been following suite, cutting production of its old products, Amazon hasn’t. The Kindle was able to spark a revolution and has remained relevant and resilient.

There is no keyboard on the touch model which was first present on the original Kindle and frankly, the keyboard didn’t make sense anyway. Having replaced a keyboard with the touch mechanism, Kindle Touch is very comfortable to use. Many of us have touch on our cellphones and other tablets, if we do have one, or even the iPod touch has a touchscreen so using a touchscreen isn’t something new. However, what matters is how is the responsiveness of the touchscreen on a particular mobile phone or gadget and truth be told, the Kindle Touch offers one of the most comfortable to use touchscreens out there.
Using the Kindle Touch should not be a problem for you. Navigating around the device, skimming through different pages and all of these things are tasks that you can comfortably execute on the Kindle Touch device. Kindle Touch is priced at different costs, depending on the kind of model you get and whether it is with or without ads. The Wi-Fi only model of the Kindle Touch costs $100 for the model with ads, and Wi-Fi only without ads costs $140. Kindle Touch with Wi-Fi and 3G but ads costs $150 while Wi-Fi + 3G but without ads costs $190.
