In this review, I will talk about “Test Drive Unlimited”, a game to be played on personal computers.
Test Drive Unlimited helps you become a professional racer on the island of Ibiza. It mixes orthodox racing with an actual open world, multiplayer setup that helps you in interacting with other individuals. You can purchase property on the Mediterranean island and flaunt about your special collection of cars to your buddies. This is actually quite outstanding. The thought process behind Test Drive Unlimited 2 is attractive however, there is one problem: lack of proper execution. The open-world experience of driving is full of issues and the driving itself is a far cry from being perfect.
Now the review will discuss the plot of the game.
At the beginning of the game, you’re a valet driver, who was fired by his employer because of sleeping while on work. But for an odd reason, the wealthy girl who was responsible for getting you sacked hires you as a chauffeur on temporary basis. What’s she willing to offer to you is an entrance in Solar Crown, which is a big racing competition which is organized all across the island of Ibiza. Of course the offer comes at a price; you have to take the girl to a studio tapping she has to go to.
The review will now point out some negatives of the game.
Well, the character models in the game are done poorly; the animation and their voiceovers. In fact, they are extremely poor, something which takes off the attention of the user. The game is for sure not meant for console playing. The game has a lot of technical issues but if you are someone who is okay with that, it will not hurt you.
To finish of my review, I would say that Test Drive Unlimited 2, singling out its negatives, is about entering in a competition, driving on the streets of Ibiza. You can provide help to people you don’t know for money, start interacting with other individuals and cruise around the island playfully. Once you start playing, there are different categories you unlock and levels you upgrade to. The game can be called a time-pass; if you really want something to play, this is your thing for now but it obviously has technical problems which will be a big turn off for hard-core gamers.
