Jennifer Lopez has splashed out on an $18 Million Mansion in the Hamptons

The question is whether she is going to be getting over the split from Marc Anthony. In any case she has come up with the perfect excuse by purchasing an $18 million mansion within the Hamptons area. A life as a singleton means that the star will have to get separate accommodation from her apparently estranged husband. It was reported that towards the end of August, the 42 year old singer spent the handsome sum on a mansion that was located in the exclusive area of Water Mill. New York is a place of dreams and various property prices. This is yet another foray by a star that is capable of spending on virtually anything that she likes. The home boasts 14,000 square feet worth of space and there are 7 bedrooms for purposes of encompassing a family. The twins will not want for anything if she decides to install them here.

There are 9.5 bathrooms for this pad. The property was apparently constructed in 2010 by Richard Perrillo, an architect with East End Builders. It enjoys a compound that is close to 2 acres. There is water surrounding the place just in case the star wants to keep some privacy away from the paparazzi. The estate agency indicates that the specification is of the top range with heated marble floors within the master bath. There are several walk in closets if Jennifer wants to indulge her passion for dressing up. A formal dining room is decorated with modern families in mind. The library has white oak paneling and there are 7 fireplaces to keep the singer warm during those winter months. A media room will provide the perfect place to watch some family shows. Lopez will have access to a private dockage which is situated on the Mecox Bay. There is also a sumptuous pool for relaxing.

There were many happy times for Jennifer and Marc but all that has changed with reports of his controlling behavior. Apparently Anthony was not pleased that his wife was exuding sexual appeal at every opportunity. He faced the ultimate challenge of keeping his beauty without sharing her ample talents with the world. On the other hand Jenny from the Block is not about to become a matronly housewife. Her recent music video clearly shows that the talent and hunger is still burning. She donned a red hot outfit for a Las Vegas show and wowed the crowds with her dance moves. Marc Anthony has been left in the dumps as his wife progresses to a glittering career in the entertainment business.

It seems that celebrities are splashing out on property while Hulk Hogan has been forced to half the price of his mansion. A dark presence and too much wood mean that the former wrestling star is now desperate to find a buyer for the home. Apparently the finances are getting tight and he is living in rented accommodation. Jennifer Lopez has no such problems at the moment.
