In this review, I will talk about MotorStorm Apocalypse, a game for the PlayStation 3.

If you have been an owner of a PlayStation for a long time, you may have already played a game from the MotorStorm series. This is one of the most loved titles that are exclusive to PlayStation console. MotorStorm has always been about chaotic racing, and with this latest installment, not much has changed. Evolution, the game’s developer has brought back the game with that same sense of chaos all over that we have loved about this game. Read on the review to find out more.

To kick start my review, I will discuss about the game features.  In this installment of the game, Evolution has really gone far with the chaos all over. MotorStorm is more about destruction then racing, and apocalypse brings forth you to San Francisco, where the environment has also become your enemy. Many racing games feature stories that are mostly forgettable, but Apocalypse have a great way of pulling you towards playing more through its campaign mode. The story is being told by the eyes of three different racers here, and you are surely going to enjoy it.

Moving further down the review, Apocalypse will really make you believe that you are playing in a destroyed city. Evolution has done a great job in bringing down the whole city down without causing too much frames to lose. The results are an incredible experience through a city that is being toppled down, while you cause further chaos by racing. MotorStorm really shines when playing with friends. It offers modes of multiplayer both offline and online. While offline your screen is split and you can play with four different friends. The game even when in 4 player split screen mode, does not lose any frames, so thankfully you can play with your friends without any worries.

To finish of my review, if you are someone who enjoys racing games with plenty of fun in it, MotorStorm will sound like a great game, as it features a lot destruction and mayhem on the course. But if you are someone who enjoys racing games that are simulation based, this game is not for you.
