Baldness has been a fear of many people even if none of the family members have had the problem before. Weather changes and unhealthy diet are the biggest problems apart from improper care of hair that results in loss of hair. But the fear can now be driven away as Dr Adolf Klenk from Alpecin research institute has invented a baldness calculator that will unleash the time period after which one can expect a shining top. The calculator will ask you few questions like if you have dandruff or how long have you been suffering from hair loss or if you’re a victim of mental stress; by answering them you will get the result in minutes. If you want to get a closer look into the future, you can upload one of your pictures and see how you would appear without any hair.
The idea of German hair loss specialist has picked up by Sky News right away. One of the spokesperson of the institute, Rick Guttridge, thinks that baldness is not a disease so there isn’t a cure but what one can do to treat this condition is to treat with medications to boost your hair. According to Rick, testosterone levels have a major part in a person’s hairlessness as it has a negative effect on hair loss. The testosterone makes the energy in each hair follicle run out sooner so the more testosterone a person has, the sooner they will burn out their energy and the hair will drop out sooner, tells Rick. This level can be controlled by consuming caffeine in form of tea or coffee but their excessive intake has a lot of other side effects. As told by Guttridge, the amount you need to drink to stimulate follicle growth would be toxic to you system. By using this new calculator, a person can know his personal baldness risk and then take actions to at least reduce the speed by which hair loss occurs. A balanced healthy diet, regular exercise and a good head massage with regular oiling can help to save your hair.
