Mozilla Firefox has recently created a study named “Week In the Life of a browser” which had the purpose of establishing the time intervals in which users prefers to use the Private Browsing.

Although it would have been very interesting to find out, the research didn’t however monitored the web site the users are using when they are browsing the internet using the Private Browsing method, or what are their activity on such web sites.

Following the study, researchers have identified four moments of the day when users are opting for Private Browsing.

So, users are using for the first time Private Browsing during lunch, then between 17:00 – 22:22:00 hours and then around 2 am.

Most users are using Private Browsing in their lunch break when they are using the browser for activities not related to work.
