57% of consumers will never purchase an iPhone 4

A recent study, created in England, showed the fact that most consumers have negative reactions when they are questioned regarding the bugs and problems of the new iPhone 4 mobile phone from Apple.

And to blame is not the problem itself, but rather the unsuitable reactions of the people in charge at Apple.

57% of the people questioned said that they don’t have the slightest intention of buying an iPhone 4, while 25% said that it’s less likely to ever purchase such a device again in the future.

Researchers didn’t specify how many of the people questioned had the intention of buying an iPhone before the signal problems have been made public.

iPhone 3GS owners also participated in this study, and they said that flaws of the iPhone 4 have drove them away from the Apple brand, and they are going to guy gadgets from other companies in the future.

James Endersby, the leader of the study said that the problem was exaggerated by the media and that Apple used a wrong attitude when dealing with millions of loyal customers.
